The “Lucent Avaya” telephone switch and BT ISDN
30 were installed to cope with all your present and future
telephone requirements. Every office workstation comes with either
a standard or an executive multi-feature digital telephone,
a DDI (Direct Dial Inwards) and voicemail.
If you prefer,
incoming calls can be routed via the reception and answered
by the receptionist with your company name.
Tele-conferencing between multiple worldwide parties and
locations is also available.
The telephone can be set to divert calls to any number or
to voicemail when
you are not in the office or unavailable.
Analogue lines for a fax or computer modem are
available.
All outgoing calls are logged and charged at standard BT
rate. There is no charge for incoming calls. At the end
of each month, we give you a graphical report of telephone
usage for you to analyze.
