A receptionist is available from 9:00am to
5:00pm weekdays
and will greet your visitors and guests during these hours
(except for holidays).
Upon your request, guests can wait in reception, led to
the meeting room, boardroom or directed to your office.
The Receptionist can also answer your telephone with your company
name, and either take messages or put through callers. If
directed, the receptionist will be happy to deal with unwanted
sales calls and save you time.
Incoming or outgoing courier packages and post is also handled by
the receptionist.
